The potential Client walks into the Agent’s Point of Contact

The Agent will ask the Client the question below:

Before the Agent hand out the Interest Declaration Form to the client, the Agent will tell the Client of the cost of the Declaration Form as well as collecting the Declaration Forms Money.

After the Agent handled the Interest Declaration Form to the Client, the Agent will ask the Client if he or she needs help with the filling of the form (Clients usually say yes in this case)
Step 6.
If the Client decline the help offer, the Agent will let them fill the form by themselves. But if the Client approves the help offer, the Agent will help him or her out with the filling of the Form
Step 7.
After the filling of the Form either by the Client or with the help of the Agent, the Agent will read out the Information been filled out in the Form for the Client to confirm. (This is a very crucial part of the process as some clients are likely to deny entries especially when the client’s form is filled with the help of an Agent. The proof reading is expected to be done with a video recording evidence)
Step 8
If the client points out error or misinformation from the proof-read information being filled out in the form, the Agent is not allowed to get angry at the Client for the fact that he or she is the one that provided the information. Rather the Agent will politely ask for the right information and correct it then demand that the client should sign on the corrected part.
However, if the Client accept the proof-read information to be correct, the Agent will ask the Client to go that a message will be sent to him or her containing his transaction information. A call could also be put across to him or her and he or her should return after receiving the message or call.
Step 9
Ask the Client if he or she have any question to ask regarding the service or whatever he or she is demanding for.
If the client have questions, go ahead and answer them. But in the case where the client have no question, then that will be the end of the session pending the second session.
Before the second session, you as an Agent will submit the form filled by the Client to the Agency Online through any Channel allowed at that point in time
Second Session
Before the Second session, the Agency would have communicated with you as an Agent as well as the client. Once the client arrive at your Primary Point of Assignment, you will follow the step 9 below
Step 10.
Demand for the Client Log Information. If he provides the Information, use the Information to trace his Instructions Data that the Agency will send to you & give him or her the form that the Agency instruct you to give to him or her.
When giving him the form, you will explain some part of the Form to him even if he feels he understands the Form.
If the client have questions, go ahead and answer them. But in the case where the client have no question, then give him or her the form or help him or her to fill the form as the case may be.
After he or she filled and submitted the form, you will ask him or her to wait while you communicate with a Special Envoy who will take it from there and your Job will be done.
